Energy News – December 2017

We are pleased to report that following a four month shutdown of the Tilbury plant due to a turbine failure, it is now back up and running! Our processing facility is handling between 80 and 100 tonnes of material per hour and nearly 14,000 tonnes was delivered to the plant during November.

In addition, the Mersey Bio-energy plant in Widnes continues to perform in line with expectations and the commissioning of the Cramlington plant is progressing well with the volume of material supplied significantly higher than forecast.

Work has now started on our Port Clarence processing site and is expected to be completed by April next year in order to service the contract with the new Port Clarence power plant.
