imperative-energy-logoImperative Energy is a leading developer of biomass projects in the UK and Ireland and has an exclusive agreement with Schmid AG to supply biomass boilers in to these areas.  The business was started in 2007 and is recognised as one of the most active businesses in the biomass sector. Operating from offices at Cheshire and Dublin, the company has specialist knowledge in all aspects of the design, build and operation of biomass systems for heating and combined heat & power (CHP) applications.

Reference sectors  include; Government Departments in the UK and Ireland, many schools, hospitals and universities, multiple large commercial greenhouses, leisure complexes, distilleries, private and public estates and wood processing companies. Imperative Energy has the capability to deliver biomass energy solutions ranging from 50kW up to 15MW, including LTHW, MTHW, steam and thermal oil applications.  It is also actively involved in developing larger-scale CHP projects and long term energy supply contracts

Design and Build

Schmid-logoImperative Energy provides thoughtful and quality design to every project using an experienced in-house team with design support from Schmid AG.  Every installation is signed-off by Schmid AG.  The result – a bespoke offering to meet client needs, ensuring installations are designed and installed to exacting standards.

Imperative Energy design robust fuel handling systems that meet site specific requirements achieved through careful consideration of fuel type, delivery vehicles and capacity.  Fuel store systems include walking floor (drive-one and standard), Toploader and rotary discharge.
